Pinky (Born 2005) is an example of love at first sight — I saw her, she came up to me in the field and gave me a kiss…. She is now part of our herd! For a long time she was the only alpaca we had that would let you stroke her in the field, although her daughter Coral would come up for a kiss. She took over from Felice as matriarch of the herd and makes sure she checks out every visitor to the herd. You won’t be able to ignore her if you come to visit! Her real name is Pink Coral, but she is a lovely soft pink/beige colour, so Pinky it is!
